ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant, supporting two-three agents. The successful candidate will be an organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite, possess strong writing, communication and personal skills and be extremely detail-oriented.
Duties:
Duties include data entry, clerical, reception, data management, administrative assistance. Answer, screen and direct incoming calls, sort and distribute incoming mail, as well as prepare outgoing mail and other correspondence, creating and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow and follow up items.
Skills/Qualifications:
An AA degree and three years of related work experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but not necessary. Training will be provided. We offer competitive salary with benefits available.
